Niels de Boer is the program director for CETRAN, which is tasked by the Singapore Land Transport Authority to develop technical standards and regulations to enable trial testing and deployment of Autonomous Vehicles on public roads. CETRAN is also supporting ESG, SMF-SDO and the LTA with the development of TR68 and potential revisions to this TR. Niels is also program director for Future Mobility in the Energy Research Institute within Nanyang Technological University.
