Reza is a highly motivated professional with 15 years of experience in IT and information security for Oil & Gas and healthcare industry which includes knowledge on Plant Control System (PCS), Data Control System (DCS) and SCADA systems. He first started off as a Lead Engineer at System Consultancy Services Malaysia for 8 years in providing system solutions for Malaysia Armed Forces, which includes Command and Control System and Battlefield Management System. Subsequently, provide advisory and lead in assessing and auditing IACS and enterprise ICT for private and government’s critical national information installations for CyberSecurity Malaysia. Joined PETRONAS (a Forbes 500 company), as an Information Security Consultant for 4 years. His Key role is to provide cybersecurity assurance for multiple petrochemical plants, medical system, enterprise ICT, and others. Conducted security assessment and penetration testing for PETRONAS downstream entities. Currently he is managing cybersecurity and information assurance team for a local bank which provides assurance and governance for Fintech. He holds a Degree in Information Technology and a Master Degree in Information Security. He obtained his GIAC certification in Certified System and Network Auditor (GSNA) and Certified Windows Security Administrator (GCWN) and previously was the co-editor for Malaysia Standard, IACS Security Standard.
