Malcolm Bailie (GICSP) has over 21 years’ practical experience in the ICS/SCADA industry operating in the field helping asset owners maximize value from technology solutions. Over his career, Malcolm has gained a broad SME knowledge and skill set gained in managing operational critical infrastructure, project management and consulting. First 10 years of his career was in deploying and supporting Building Automation and Industrial Control Systems and over 11 years in the electrical utility sector managing all operational aspects of the OT/SCADA critical infrastructure. Malcolm has also been actively engaged with the Australian OT CERT community and other critical infrastructure organizations to ensure knowledge is shared in the region to increase the overall security maturity level.  Malcolm works for Nozomi Networks as the Solutions Delivery and Projects Manager – APAC, based in Sydney.
